While I have a working knowledge of reliability from my days as Chief Strategy Officer at Pinnacle, hearing from real experts, people who are both practitioners and leaders, was a big win.
It makes my job as a moderator ridiculously easy.
My personal focus on reliability largely comes through evaluating the market and financial performance of owners and operators of large complex process facilities.
Amber, Ziyan, and David offered tangible, actionable insights around how to standardize processes, pursue digital transformation, and create a culture of ownership.
